General Terms and Conditions - 10kXplosion

Definitions

1.1. 10kXplosion: Claudia Mostert and Desiree de Jong, trading under the name 10kXplosion, located at Torenstraat, 6121 Born & Rijkswegstraat, 1965 Heemskerk.

1.2. Customer: Any natural or legal person entering into an agreement with 10kXplosion.

Applicability

2.1. These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations, and agreements of 10kXplosion.

Services

3.1. 10kXplosion offers various services, including but not limited to the provision of digital products (free and paid), courses, coaching programs, and the promotion of products from partners through network marketing and affiliate marketing.

Orders and Payments

7.1. All intellectual property rights related to the services and products of 10kXplosion remain the property of 10kXplosion.

7.2. It is not permitted to copy, distribute, or use information, images, or other materials from 10kXplosion without written permission.

Liability

Force Majeure

10.1. In case of force majeure, 10kXplosion is not obliged to fulfill its obligations towards the customer. Force majeure includes any circumstance beyond the control of 10kXplosion, which prevents the fulfillment of its obligations in whole or in part.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1. Dutch law applies to all agreements between 10kXplosion and the customer.11.2. Disputes between 10kXplosion and the customer will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.

Changes and Supplements

12.1. 10kXplosion reserves the right to change or supplement these general terms and conditions at any time.

12.2. Changes and supplements will take effect upon publication on the 10kXplosion website.

By using the services and products of 10kXplosion, the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions.
